  1. Booking & Payments
    Reservations can be made via our website or through direct contact with our team. A valid credit card or other payment methods may be required to secure your booking. Full payment or deposits may be requested depending on the type of booking.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will result in a full charge for the booking.
  3. Liability
    We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay at the resort. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes and take precautions with valuables.
  4. Behavioral Expectations
    Guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously during their stay. Any disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior may result in eviction from the resort without refund.
  5. Amendments to Terms
    Camellia Hotel & Resort reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Guests are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes.
